Launch checklist

End-to-end buying flow is ready for controlled launch.

The live site, buyer portal, service-fee payment links, door-to-door freight pathway and launch controls are in place. Escrow and bank-transfer routes are intentionally held as placeholders until provider and account instructions are approved for a specific buyer file.

  1. Public catalogue and enriched cards Thirty cars have public specs, source/evidence labels, landed estimates and indicative Australian market ranges.

  2. Walkthrough video Public YouTube walkthrough is embedded on the homepage and covers the site, vehicle detail, portal workflow and freight/payment path.

  4. Production portal backend cutover Preview API works locally, but production cutover still needs real auth secrets, Postgres, object storage, backups and TLS/domain routing.
